Welcome to pk2car ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). pk2car is an online betting and live casino information platform operated for the benefit of users in Pakistan and other permitted territories. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pk2car governing your access to and use of the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing, browsing or using pk2car in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk2car.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms and all related documents:

To register and maintain an Account on pk2car, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your country or territory, or as required by the Operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is the greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a territory where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from pk2car or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions regime that would prohibit the use of gambling services.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, corporate entity or third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pk2car reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination without refund of balances.

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on pk2car. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk2car will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• No account sharing: Your Account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.
• Notification of breach: You must notify pk2car immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

By using pk2car, you agree to use the Platform exclusively for its intended lawful purpose — personal entertainment and access to betting and gaming information. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. pk2car does not guarantee winnings of any kind.
• The Platform's content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on pk2car constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• Odds, markets, game availability and promotional terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity issues may affect access to the Platform. pk2car is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

pk2car accepts deposits via a range of payment methods, which are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — is subject to the Operator's current technical and commercial arrangements and may change without notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform at the time of transaction (illustrative example: PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, subject to Operator terms).
• pk2car does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which pk2car bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must represent your own legitimately earned money. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Currency conversion (where applicable) will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All KYC verification requirements must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to verified accounts in your own name.
• Any bonus funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the Operator's internal review processes. Times quoted on the Platform are estimates only.
• pk2car reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal at its absolute discretion. This is done in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets are subject to network confirmation times and fees beyond pk2car's control.

Failure to comply with these withdrawal conditions may result in delays, temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of fraud, permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

pk2car may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming withdrawable. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Minimum deposit: Most promotions require a qualifying deposit (illustrative example: PKR 1,000 minimum). The specific threshold is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period (illustrative examples range from 7 to 30 days). Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Eligible markets: Not all games or markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated, bonuses cannot be combined. Accepting a new promotion will typically cancel any active bonus.
• Abuse prevention: pk2car reserves the right to withhold, modify or cancel any bonus if it reasonably suspects that the offer is being exploited, abused or used in conjunction with a betting strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage, bonus abuse, matched betting via the Platform, etc.).

All bets and gaming activity on pk2car are governed by the Operator's specific rules for each sport, event or game type. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet or participating in a game. General principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk2car will not reverse a bet at a User's request after confirmation, except where an obvious error in odds or market pricing has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or data feed disruption that affects a live betting market, pk2car reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC World Cup and bilateral series involving Pakistan — are subject to rules specific to cricket betting, including provisions for rain interruptions (Duckworth-Lewis), match abandonment and player withdrawal.
• Football, UFC, esports and other markets are governed by their respective rules as published on the Platform.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical play. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per market and per user tier. Bet limits may be adjusted by pk2car at any time without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk2car and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion or funding of criminal activity.
• Opening multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other process.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or disrupt pk2car's servers, infrastructure or security systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any other activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location through the use of a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Reproducing, copying, modifying or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written permission from pk2car.

pk2car reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold or confiscate all balances and winnings associated with such an Account, and to take appropriate legal action where warranted.

All intellectual property rights in and to the pk2car Platform — including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, software, databases, trademarks, logos, domain names and all other content — are owned by or licensed to pk2car. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use pk2car's name, logo or trademarks in any manner without express written permission.
• Use Platform data for commercial purposes or data scraping of any kind.

Breach of these intellectual property provisions may result in Account termination and civil or criminal legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk2car and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling or betting activities on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, force majeure events or acts beyond pk2car's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
• Any third-party acts, including unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pk2car collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, transactional records and behavioural data generated through Platform use. This data is used to operate the service, comply with legal obligations and improve user experience. pk2car does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

pk2car reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk2car will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version came into force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, as specified in the Operator's official licence documentation. This is not Pakistan law, and no claim is made that these Terms are enforceable under Pakistani law in any specific manner.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk2car's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in the Operator's licence jurisdiction, or to such dispute resolution body as the Operator specifies in its own published terms.

You may also have rights to file a complaint with the Operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable licensing body are available on the Operator's official terms page.
